Diacor Itäkeskus came into being in 1993 following the merging of Meditest and Metro medical centres. 
This medical centre has about 70 doctors and a nursing staff of 40 or so. There are seven physiotherapists. There are four occupational health care doctors and nurses. The unit also has an occupational physiotherapist. Diacor has at its disposal a digital imaging system whereby the images are stored in an electronic archive. Our medical centre has a wide range of physiological examinations and endoscopies. In addition to having numerous doctors, we also have a comprehensive range of specialists: allergology, foniatrics, gastroenterologia, diseases of the lungs, physiatrics, gynaecology, dermatology, cardiology, surgery, diseases of the ears, nose and throat, neurology (including child patients), orthopaedics, psychiatry, radiology, rheumatology, diseases of the eyes, internal diseases, and urology. * Allergy tests (prick and epicutaneous)
* ECG long-term registration (Holter 24h/48h)
* Crushing of calcium in tendons
* Hearing examination
* Mammography and thin-needle samples in connection with it
* ECG exercise test
* Vaccinations
* Desensitization
* Various endoscopies (examination of digestive system through various natural orifices, incl. gastroscopy, colonoscopy, sigmoidoscopy)
* Spirometry
* Nitrogen oxide measurement from exhaled air
* Ultrasonic examinations
* Diurnal blood pressure measurements
* Night-time polygraphy (sleep apnoea examination)
